Cindy started in the insurance industry in 1987 as an administrative assistant for a State Farm insurance agent and for Employers Insurance Company. She worked as a Claims Assistant from 1992 to 2001 for various TPAs including Cunningham Lindsey, Bland Harper & Associates, and Berkley Risk Administrators. She obtained her workers’ compensation adjuster license in 2001 and was a Workers’ Comp Adjuster for Berkley Risk Administrators. She obtained her all-lines adjuster license in 2004 and was a Workers’ Compensation Adjuster and General Liability/Auto Liability Adjuster for Attenta. In 2006 she began working for the City of Lubbock as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist overseeing their workers’ comp program for over 7 years. She joined TPS in 2013.
