Laura has been in the insurance industry since 1996. She started her career as a medical bill specialist, claims analyst, and ultimately a workers' compensation adjuster for the University of Texas system in 2002. In 2006, she worked as a senior claims adjuster for ARMI/Walmart for 5 years. In 2012 she worked for CCS Holdings handling claims for the City of Dallas. She also worked with Gallagher Bassett as a claims adjuster. Currently, Laura handles catastrophic claims and is the dedicated bilingual adjuster on several accounts for TPS. She joined TPS in 2014.
