Tina started in the insurance industry in 1989 as a mailroom clerk but obtained her Texas all-line license in 1991 and Texas Risk Manager license in 2008. Her previous work experience includes 10 years of workers' compensation claim handling for TPA, Crawford company, and 8 years of public entity claims with Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool. Tina joined TPS in 2011.
