Virginia started her career in workers’ compensation insurance in 2004 with ARCMI/Walmart as a workers’ compensation adjuster.  She later obtained her all-lines insurance license and began adjusting general liability claims as well. She has also worked for TRISTAR Risk Management and York Risk Services Group/AM Trust as a workers' compensation adjuster. Virginia is bilingual and joined TPS in 2018.
