Stephen Koon is the Director of Claims for TPS. He was the Senior Property Casualty Adjuster for TPS under Attenta/Avizent from 2007 until 2011, when he joined the TPS in-house staff. He began his career as an adjuster in 2001. Fluent in Spanish, Stephen is a former Environmental Resource Specialist for the United States Peace Corps and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Resource Studies from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos.
