Rick Barlow is a Loss Control Consultant for TPS.  Rick is a seasoned Loss Control consultant with over 35 years of experience in loss prevention and training.  He is an authorized OSHA outreach trainer.  Rick has worked with TPS since 2009 in the Houston area.
