Julie Phillips has served the Red Oak Independent School District since 2016 and currently serves as the District’s Director of Purchasing. Prior to joining Red Oak ISD, she spent nearly a decade working with Faith Family Academy Charters. Julie earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman’s University. A member of the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) since 2010, Julie has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the school purchasing profession through leadership and service. In 2025, she was honored as the inaugural recipient of the DFW TASBO Spotlight on Excellence Award, recognizing her innovation, leadership, and impact in the field. That same year, she was also recognized as Red Oak ISD District Employee of the Month. Julie Joined the TPS Board of Trustees in 2026.
