Sr. Property Casualty Claims Adjuster
Larna Jackson began her career in the insurance industry in 2007 and has since gained extensive experience handling a wide range of claims, including complex auto liability and property damage claims. Before joining the TPS team, Larna worked with the City of Dallas, where she managed claims governed by the Texas Tort Claims Act. She was raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and attended Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing. In 2014, Larna relocated to Dallas to pursue a career with Gainsco Auto Insurance. She joined the TPS team in 2026, bringing nearly two decades of claims experience and a strong background in municipal and insurance claims management.
