If you haven't checked your boiler lately, it might be time. The Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) requires each boiler to be inspected internally (if applicable) and externally at the time of installation and at subsequent intervals.
Inspections are free for TPS property members and provided by AXA XL Equipment Breakdown Risk Control.
