Congratulations to Carthage ISD, Hooks ISD, Liberty-Eylau ISD, and Shelbyville ISD on being 2024 TPS Safety Grant recipients.
- Carthage ISD – They received $14,315.68 to purchase security cameras for campus playgrounds.
- Hooks ISD – They received $6,357.57 to purchase 26 First Aid Kits.
- Liberty-Eylau ISD – They received $1,713.80 to purchase patrol vehicle trauma kits.
- Shelbyville ISD – They received $12,375.40 to purchase 5 bus cameras.
$200,000 in Grants Available for TPS Fund Members!
The TPS Board of Trustees approved $200,000 for 2024 safety grants for fund members.
Texas Political Subdivisions JSIF is committed to helping current Fund members receive the tools/equipment/training necessary to implement safe work practices and develop a solid loss prevention program. This is accomplished by providing Fund members with financial assistance to obtain resources that can reduce the severity and frequency of losses.
